No, we are not consultants. We are a service organization that is committed to providing a turnkey solution to all OSHA and DOT mandated programs, so that you may focus on your core business.

3. How do you ensure that our organization is in compliance with Federal and State safety compliance regulations pertaining to the Department of Transportation and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration?

We have created a turnkey solution for all of your Safety Compliance needs. That means that we will:

  • Design all of your compliance cafety programs
  • Administration of DOT driver and equipment documentation
  • Administration of substance abuse program
  • Have scheduled visit to each of your locations
  • Conduct supervisory training

4. Is your service similar to the one we obtain from our insurance carriers at no cost to us?

No. Typically the insurance carriers will visit you only to audit your existing Safety Compliance Programs and to measure your commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Your premium is determined based on this and other factors. They are usually reactive instead of proactive. Our service program is geared toward achieving the results your insurance company is looking for.
